Casa is looking for a Concierge to be the primary point of contact for homeowners and vendors, making homeownership a joy. You’ll be highly organized and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to Concierge for homeowners, solving problems and helping them feel in control of their home.
- Manage home service requests, such as coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments, and sourcing quotes.
- Compare vendor options and provide homeowners with recommendations that include pricing and timelines.
- Provide clear and friendly communication that aligns with Casa’s voice and tone guidelines.
- Act as a real-time resource for the Concierge team when they encounter unclear next steps or homeowner concerns.
- Provide feedback and clarification for the team based on front-line experience to improve product and internal processes.
- Share learnings from escalations and edge cases to help the broader team improve.
- Build and maintain clear documentation to ensure visibility and handoff readiness.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g., executive assistant, property manager, or other hospitality role).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone and sending clear chat/text messages.
- Great problem-solving skills and diligence in searching for creative solutions.
- Highly organized with great follow-through in a detail-oriented role with many moving parts.
- Ability to work remotely in the US.

Team & Environment
You'll be supporting the wider Concierge team and serving as an escalation point.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the US.
