Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance within our fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on healthcare and insurance. You will play a critical part in monitoring agent and agency adherence to CMS regulations through comprehensive quality assurance, audits, and targeted remediation efforts.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular compliance assessments of agents and agencies using a tiered monitoring system.
- Monitor complaint and allegation rates, identifying agents needing enhanced oversight or remediation.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on enrollment processes, customer interactions, and documentation.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-compliance issues.
- Support agents during carrier audits and provide preparation assistance.
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure CMS guideline adherence.
- Assist in training development, deliver remediation coaching, and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards and improve processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in Medicare compliance, health insurance regulation, or a related field.
- Proven ability to train health agents or beneficiaries on Medicare topics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and quality assurance programs.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations, including marketing guidelines and enrollment procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel or Airtable and experience with compliance tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple compliance cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable delivering virtual presentations and coaching sessions.

- Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 USD + equity compensation as part of the total rewards package.
