Binance is hiring a Compliance Operations - ANZ professional to manage and execute our compliance strategy across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our operations adhere to regional regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day compliance operations for the Australia and New Zealand region.
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and frameworks.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and controls.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
- Conduct reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to align regional operations with company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in compliance operations within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
- Ability to analyze complex regulations and implement operational procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High degree of professional integrity and discretion.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney) or New Zealand (Auckland, Wellington).
