McLaren Health Care Village is hiring a Compliance Audit Analyst to ensure our operations meet all regulatory and contractual requirements. In this role, you will be integral to upholding our mission to help people live healthier and more satisfying lives within a dynamic and cooperative environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify, analyze, and perform compliance audits in all lines of business to detect, prevent, and respond to potential non-compliance.
- Support all aspects of the Compliance Program.
- Perform quality assurance activities on analytics for all product lines to identify non-compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Analyze, review, and present information on audit outcomes to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree in business, health care, or a related field.
- Two (2) years in a progressively more responsible position using auditing and/or analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of compliance or related experience in health care or a related field.
- Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO or PPO.
- Course work or work experience in statistics.
