About the Role

We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney with 5-8 years of background in complex commercial litigation who is eager to take on sophisticated work as part of a collaborative national litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes ownership of their work. You will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes alongside experienced litigators while receiving meaningful responsibility from Day One.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Trial experience
• In good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional litigation, cross-border matters beyond just breach of contract
• Some experience litigating in federal courts
• Can independently manage significant portions of a case, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
• Produce thoughtful, concise, and high-quality work product with strong attention to detail
• Exercise sound judgment and proactively identify issues and solutions without requiring close supervision
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing timely updates and practical recommendations
• Highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active matters simultaneously
• Enjoy collaborating with a national team on sophisticated business disputes involving a wide range of industries
• Are at your best professionally when trying new things - not just a copy-and-paste attorney

Nice to Have

• Possess a background in business, finance, or other commercially focused disciplines
• Be located in the Central or Eastern Standard time zone

Compensation

Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 based on experience. Production bonuses beginning at 1250 billed hours annually. Origination payouts for matters they bring to the firm. Health insurance premium contributions.
