We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to strategically manage and optimize variable compensation processes within Apollo's Go-To-Market organization. This role demands a proactive, analytically-driven professional capable of executing complex compensation strategies in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage compensation management tools like CaptivateIQ to calculate, validate, and distribute commission payments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, and Sales leadership to design comprehensive compensation plans • Partner with data analytics teams to validate and reconcile compensation data • Coordinate with implementation partners on system deployments and user acceptance testing • Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization and enhanced reporting mechanisms • Conduct root cause analyses for compensation-related issues • Develop standardized processes for compensation inquiries and documentation Key Performance Outcomes: • Ensure 100% accurate and timely compensation payments • Generate near-real-time performance analytics • Launch aligned annual compensation plans • Identify and eliminate error sources • Create scalable compensation operation frameworks Required Competencies: • 7-10 years compensation operations experience • Proficiency with compensation management platforms • Strong data collaboration skills • Implementation and testing expertise • Exceptional communication capabilities • Cross-functional collaboration ability Apollo embodies an AI-native culture dedicated to continuous improvement.
