About the Role

INNIO is looking for a Compensation and HR Reporting & Analytics Expert (m/f/d) to manage key compensation processes and lead HR reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, data quality, and compliance while supporting data-driven decision-making across a global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including bonus calculations and salary planning
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Advanced Compensation module for bonus and salary planning processes
  • Develop communication and training materials for compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct compensation surveys and gender pay gap analyses
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes
  • Prepare and deliver key HR workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics using Workday and Excel for internal and external requirements
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Reporting module and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within and beyond HR to ensure data integrity and process efficiency, focusing on automation
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Very good experience in advanced reporting & analytics, compensation & benefits, or a related field
  • Proven experience with reporting tools, preferably Workday / HR Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel
  • Attention to detail for precise calculation and data quality
  • Experience with bonus calculations
  • Experience in developing training and communication materials for compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in international environments
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • German language skills are a big advantage
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration for Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Dashboards
  • Experience with compensation surveys and results analysis
  • Experience in job levelling methodologies (WTW as a plus) and benefits management
