INNIO is looking for a Compensation and HR Reporting & Analytics Expert (m/f/d) to manage key compensation processes and lead HR reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, data quality, and compliance while supporting data-driven decision-making across a global organization.

What You'll Do

Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including bonus calculations and salary planning
Configure and maintain the Workday Advanced Compensation module for bonus and salary planning processes
Develop communication and training materials for compensation and benefits programs
Conduct compensation surveys and gender pay gap analyses
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes
Prepare and deliver key HR workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics using Workday and Excel for internal and external requirements
Configure and maintain the Workday Reporting module and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders within and beyond HR to ensure data integrity and process efficiency, focusing on automation
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Very good experience in advanced reporting & analytics, compensation & benefits, or a related field
Proven experience with reporting tools, preferably Workday / HR Management Systems
Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel
Attention to detail for precise calculation and data quality
Experience with bonus calculations
Experience in developing training and communication materials for compensation and benefits programs
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in international environments
Fluency in English

Nice to Have

German language skills are a big advantage
Proficiency in Workday configuration for Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Dashboards
Experience with compensation surveys and results analysis
Experience in job levelling methodologies (WTW as a plus) and benefits management
