Community Options, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Therap Training Coordinator to support the effective implementation and ongoing training for our national Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role is pivotal in ensuring our teams can deliver high-quality services through consistent and competent use of our core health record platform.

What You'll Do

Monitor the Therap system to ensure operational and security integrity.
Respond to requests for information, assistance, and system support.
Deliver engaging and effective training to build user competency.
Conduct individual and group training sessions, both in-person and remote.
Perform training needs analyses across the organization.
Develop instructional materials including handbooks, multimedia aids, tutorials, and reference guides.
Evaluate employee progress during training periods.
Revise curriculum and training methods to improve effectiveness.
Ensure consistent system implementation across all regions.
Analyze system data and communicate trends to the Therap Administrator.
Identify system or process improvement opportunities and collaborate on quality improvement plans.
Conduct periodic visits to regional offices to support quality objectives.
Cooperate with licensing and regulatory inspections, inquiries, or investigations.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 1–2 years of related experience OR a High school diploma with 7–10 years of related experience.
A flexible schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening availability required.
A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and presentation skills.
Technological proficiency with web-based communication and virtual training platforms.
