Flo is hiring an independent contractor for our Community Moderation Team (English). In this role, you will help ensure that the Flo Secret Chats deliver an engaging and safe social experience to our users by performing user-generated content moderation.
What You'll Do
- Perform user-generated content moderation by evaluating posts, comments, and pictures posted by Flo users following our Rules.
- Work closely with the Moderation Lead and the rest of the Moderation Team.
- Moderate texts and images posted by Flo users in Secret Chats.
What We're Looking For
- Experience and understanding of online communication: forums, group chats, social media.
- Understanding of modern online slang and social media trends.
- Open-minded thinking and willingness to learn.
- Focus on details and high quality.
- Perseverance and discipline: moderation is a routine but rewarding activity.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Moderation Lead and the rest of the Moderation Team.
