Symbiotic, a tight-knit team of experienced individuals building crypto infrastructure, is hiring a full-time Community Manager. In this role, you will take full ownership of our community presence across Discord, X, and other platforms, shaping strategy from the ground up and bringing our company culture to life.
What You'll Do
- Run our community operations, including managing and growing our Discord server.
- Act as the bridge between our internal team and the wider ecosystem.
- Cultivate a healthy, vibrant, and distinctly Symbiotic community.
- Organize community initiatives, events, and online activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to surface what we’re building to the community.
- Keep a pulse on the space and bring a cultural edge to how we show up online.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in similar community management roles.
- Deep familiarity with crypto-native communities.
- Strong instincts around tone, voice, and platform culture, especially for Twitter/X.
- Experience managing or growing a technical community, such as in ZK, DeFi, or L2 ecosystems.
