ElevenLabs is looking for a Community Growth lead to own creator community-building and accelerate growth through user-generated social video. You will build active, self-sustaining communities that drive awareness, retention, and word-of-mouth growth for our AI voice and video generation products.
What You'll Do
- Lead community management for our Discord (60k members) and Reddit (16k members) communities.
- Keep creators informed through helpful livestreams and newsletters.
- Coordinate content across community-focused social accounts.
- Respond to questions in X, YouTube, and Instagram comments.
- Support the growth of our main Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
- Build and scale engaged communities that grow organically through conversation and UGC.
- Show up as a power user and trusted voice: answering questions, giving feedback, and highlighting standout creator work.
- Run experiments to drive user acquisition from Reddit, Discord, and social comment sections.
- Identify and activate high-leverage users—creators, tinkerers, and early adopters—turning them into advocates.
- Grow communities independently, working alongside teammates in Partnerships, Influencers, Affiliates, and Video Content.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with ElevenLabs products, AI voice tools, and AI video generation.
- 2-3 years of experience improving engagement and growing online communities of 5k+ members.
- Empathy and ability to provide great customer service and clear communication when handling community questions and concerns.
- Deep familiarity with Reddit and Discord: how communities grow, how moderation works, and how content moves.
- Strong instincts for internet culture and creative AI trends, with the ability to create native content (video demos, livestreams, screenshots, memes) across all platforms.
- Comfort using data to identify what’s working, and building simple automations to scale what isn't manual.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across the Creator Growth team (Partnerships, Affiliates, Influencers, Video Content).
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling technical communities (e.g., around AI, devtools, or open source).
- Experience hosting creator competitions or online/offline community-focused activations.
