Paired is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to build and nurture strong, meaningful connections within our community. In this remote role, you will be a key advocate for community development, focusing on driving engagement initiatives that resonate with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Monitor Facebook and Instagram comments and messages across multiple brand and whitelisted pages.
- Reply to customer comments, questions, and feedback using the appropriate brand voice and tone.
- Identify and escalate potential customer service or PR issues quickly and appropriately.
- Determine when to reply, hide, or delete comments based on clear brand guidelines.
- Maintain active community engagement to encourage positive discussion and build trust with followers.
- Track and log engagement activity, frequently updating internal teams on trends or issues.
- Follow detailed SOPs for moderation, escalation, and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and creative teams to ensure unified brand representation across all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
- A genuine passion for building community and fostering connections.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in community engagement, social media management, or customer relationship roles (2+ years preferred).
- Experience in remote work or distributed team environments is a plus.
