The Bureau was looking for a Commission Sales Representative

As a Commission Sales Representative, you will lead end-to-end sales for elite Fashion Week events hosted in major international cities. Your primary focus will be converting inbound leads generated through paid campaigns, public relations, and social channels, while also conducting strategic outbound outreach to high-potential designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and close inbound leads promptly, aiming for same-day initial contact to maintain momentum.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand client goals and align them with the most suitable event packages across multiple cities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from qualification and presentation to closing and seamless handoff—with a premium, detail-oriented approach.
  • Execute targeted outbound efforts (approximately 10%) to fill inventory gaps and promote multi-event bundles or upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy in HubSpot, including clear next steps, detailed notes, and reliable forecasting.
  • Follow up consistently across email, SMS, phone, and social platforms using a defined cadence to maximize attendance and event fill rates.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, production, and partnership teams to ensure a unified and polished client experience.

Qualifications

You bring at least two years of experience in full-cycle sales within high-value B2B environments—particularly in experiential events, sponsorships, or partnership sales. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential, supported by documented performance metrics or a short demonstration of your top sales close.
