What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end sales cycles for designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands participating in international Fashion Week events. Prioritize rapid response to inbound leads from paid, PR, and social channels, ensuring first contact is made the same day. Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand client goals and align them with the appropriate event packages across multiple cities.
Lead every stage from qualification to presentation, closing, and seamless handoff with white-glove onboarding. Execute targeted outbound outreach—approximately 10% of activity—to fill inventory gaps, pursue upsell opportunities, and bundle multi-event deals. Maintain rigorous follow-up across email, SMS, phone, and social platforms using a structured 7×7 cadence to maximize conversion and event attendance.
Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and partnerships teams to ensure a unified client experience. Operate with precision in HubSpot, keeping deal stages, next steps, and forecasts accurate and defensible.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in full-cycle B2B sales with a focus on high-ticket industries such as experiential events, sponsorships, or partnerships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota—recent performance data or a brief video showcasing a successful close required
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms, with disciplined attention to pipeline management
- Exceptional ability to uncover client needs and overcome objections using a polished, luxury-appropriate communication style
- Willingness to engage in targeted outbound efforts and adhere to a consistent follow-up rhythm
- Flexibility to support event weeks, including select travel and weekend availability as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in fashion, luxury goods, live events, or sponsorship sales
- Experience structuring multi-event packages or managing co-branded marketing initiatives

Compensation
Commission-only for the first 30 days, with a 25% commission on closed deals during the trial period. After successful completion, transition to a base salary plus uncapped commission with performance accelerators. On-target earnings (OTE) range from $130,000 to $150,000, based on collected revenue. Double-digit commission rates increase with over-attainment.
