BancFirst is seeking a Commercial/Consumer Loan Officer to join our team in Prague, Oklahoma. This role is central to developing and managing a portfolio of business and individual loans, handling transactions that can be complex in nature and range from significant secured deals to smaller credits.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals, detailed financial and collateral analysis, cash flow reviews, delinquency reporting, and covenant monitoring.
- Negotiate loan proposals, analyze credit requests, write loan commitments, recommend credit grades, and prepare written memos for credit approval.
- Develop new business by identifying and calling on prospective customers, promoting and cross-selling bank services.
- Participate in community and professional activities to enhance the bank's image and expand your network for business development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience making and servicing a portfolio of business and individual loans, including both secured and unsecured credit.
- Strong skills in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and cash flow evaluation.
- Ability to negotiate loan terms, prepare thorough loan presentations, and manage the credit approval process.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and cross-selling financial services.
