Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Manager - Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) to drive the execution of our commercial strategy across the UKI region. This 12-month Fixed Term Contract focuses on pricing excellence, managing national procurement bodies, and unlocking growth opportunities to support our purpose of advancing the world of health.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of the MDS UK National Pricing Strategy.
- Ensure pricing structures support profitable market share growth through optimal price, volume, and product mix.
- Create and deliver frameworks for product and account margin optimisation across the sales organisation.
- Collaborate with the BDX Pricing Group on cross-business-unit pricing initiatives.
- Own the commercial relationship with National Procurement Bodies, including NHSSC Category Towers.
- Align customer needs with relevant commercial offerings, framework contracts, and negotiation strategies.
- Influence the future procurement landscape to support the company's commercial vision.
- Oversee and ensure consistency in pricing methodologies across distributors and wholesalers.
- Lead quarterly pricing reviews and contract management processes to support growth.
- Partner with Commercial, Distribution, and Marketing teams on supply and demand management.
- Provide clear internal forecasting and external customer updates to minimise patient impact.
- Manage product back-order allocation based on National Strategy priorities.
- Coordinate communication for Field Safety Notices with core customer groups.
