Banner Bank is hiring a Commercial Loan Funder & Boarding Team Lead to oversee the critical processes of commercial loan funding and boarding. You will lead and develop a team ensuring accuracy and compliance in loan execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Commercial Loan Funder & Boarding team
- Manage the end-to-end process for funding and boarding commercial loans
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management for team members
- Resolve complex issues and escalations related to loan funding
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial loan funding, boarding, or operations
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or California.
