EX Squared is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects for our diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary driver for planning, execution, and successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, timelines, and budgets
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external partners
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional project management experience
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
