Samsara is hiring a Director, Specialist - Enterprise Select to lead the expansion of its enterprise field business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team while championing the company's cultural principles.
What You'll Do
- Implement effective coaching and development of Field Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop performance metrics.
- Coordinate the involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity.
- Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams.
- 8+ years of technology sales experience.
- 5+ years experience managing a team/sales supervision.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience leading and building a Field Sales Team.
- Proven track record of ability to train, lead and motivate enterprise sales teams.
- Solid understanding of SFDC.
- 8+ years sales experience.
- 3+ years experience managing a team/sales leadership.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $408,000—$408,000 USD
