Perfetti Van Melle is hiring a Commercial Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic co-pilot to our Sales and Marketing Directors. In this role, you will provide critical decision support, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial strategy execution.
What You'll Do
- Act as a co-pilot to Sales and Marketing Directors, providing strategic financial guidance.
- Evaluate business cases for new product development and market expansion.
- Analyze pricing strategies and Value-to-Volume trade-offs.
- Identify opportunities to improve Gross Margin through pack-price architecture.
- Review and challenge the effectiveness of promotional activities through ROI analysis.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the commercial side.
- Track Key Performance Indicators like Net Revenue, Market Share, and Contribution Margin.
- Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities to pivot commercial strategy mid-quarter.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance.
- At least 2 years in a business partnering or commercial role within FMCG / Retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.
- Strong influencing and storytelling skills.
Nice to Have
- A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
