Perfetti Van Melle is hiring a Commercial Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic co-pilot to our Sales and Marketing Directors. In this role, you will provide critical decision support, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial strategy execution.

What You'll Do

Act as a co-pilot to Sales and Marketing Directors, providing strategic financial guidance.
Evaluate business cases for new product development and market expansion.
Analyze pricing strategies and Value-to-Volume trade-offs.
Identify opportunities to improve Gross Margin through pack-price architecture.
Review and challenge the effectiveness of promotional activities through ROI analysis.
Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the commercial side.
Track Key Performance Indicators like Net Revenue, Market Share, and Contribution Margin.
Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities to pivot commercial strategy mid-quarter.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance.
At least 2 years in a business partnering or commercial role within FMCG / Retail.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.
Strong influencing and storytelling skills.
