Waste Management is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Specialist to join our Commercial team in Auckland. You will support local and national business account managers by preparing high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations, and assisting with customer inquiries. You'll collaborate closely with finance, customer service, credit, and operations teams to deliver exceptional support.
What You'll Do
- Assist with customer and account manager queries
- Prepare accurate reports for the sales team and customers
- Prepare quality proposals, tender responses, agendas, presentations, and other supporting material
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience using operating systems and CRM software
