Responsibilities
- Assist with customer/account manager queries
- Prepare accurate reports for the sales team and customers
- Prepare quality proposals, tender responses, agendas, presentations, and other supporting material
- Work alongside local and national business account managers
- Collaborate with finance, customer services, credit, and operations teams
Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
