TPAPT is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a Tutoring Sales & Service role. This remote contract position involves engaging with prospective clients, assessing their tutoring needs, matching students with tutors, and providing excellent customer service throughout the tutoring placement process.
What You'll Do
- Interact with prospective and current clients to assess tutoring needs.
- Provide detailed information about tutoring programs, schedules, and pricing.
- Coordinate tutor-student matching based on subject expertise and availability.
- Handle inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the tutoring team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferably in the education space
- Passion to help others reach their goal
- Team player

- Associates degree/Bachelors preferred

Compensation: $20/hr-$25/hr
