What You'll Do
Process and review loan applications with a focus on collateral, ensuring all documentation meets company and regulatory standards. Verify seller details, including titles, purchase agreements, and payoff requirements, to maintain file integrity.
Work directly with manufactured housing communities to collect and clarify necessary paperwork, guiding them through submission processes and timelines. Maintain organized digital loan files and conduct quality assurance checks to confirm completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and closing to keep loan applications moving efficiently through the pipeline. Use mortgage software and loan origination systems to track progress and update file statuses in real time.
Follow compliance protocols throughout the loan lifecycle and handle sensitive borrower information with discretion and confidentiality.
