About the Role

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is hiring a Collaborative Remote Account Manager for its Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting SMB Business Development Managers, focusing on driving customer engagement and strategic account development entirely through remote channels.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong peer relationships with Field Sales colleagues to deliver a consistent and strategic customer experience.
  • Drive customer engagement through multiple communication channels including voice, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Deliver exceptional service and account development planning to ensure retention and targeted growth.
  • Be the remote account lead for customer queries, working collaboratively across departments to ensure timely resolutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales.
  • Previous experience in an account management and sales environment.
  • A reliable and determined attitude, with the ability to assess your own performance and strive to exceed expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and the ability to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.
  • A target-driven, self-motivated individual hungry to exceed KPIs and earn commission.

You will be part of the Inside Sales team, supporting SMB Business Development Managers and working closely with Field Sales colleagues.
