Mail Waves is hiring a Cold Outreach Specialist / Meeting Setter responsible for strategic, high-conversion prospecting to book qualified meetings and secure podcast opportunities for the CEO. This is a performance-driven role focused on results over activity.
What You'll Do
- Hunt down high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Craft outreach that gets opened, read, and responded to
- Book meetings with qualified leads ready to talk business
- Manage the entire outreach pipeline in ClickUp and track performance in Google Sheets
- Identify and secure podcast opportunities for the CEO
- Test, iterate, and optimize messaging for conversion
What We're Looking For
- A track record of booking meetings that turn into deals
- Ability to write messages that sound human
- Understanding of the psychology of busy executives and how to earn their attention
- Obsessive about data, open rates, reply rates, and meeting rates
- Ability to research prospects deeply and find the angle that matters to them
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Know when to follow up and when to move on
