Responsibilities
- Hunt down high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator like a heat-seeking missile
- Craft outreach that actually gets opened, read, and responded to
- Book meetings with qualified leads who are ready to talk business, not tire-kickers
- Manage the entire outreach pipeline in ClickUp and track performance in Google Sheets
- Identify and secure podcast opportunities for our CEO (the cherry on top)
- Test, iterate, and optimize messaging until it converts
Requirements
- Have a track record of booking meetings that turn into deals
- Write messages that sound human, not like a bot had a baby with ChatGPT
- Understand the psychology of busy executives and how to earn 30 seconds of their attention
- Are obsessive about data, open rates, reply rates, meeting rates
- Can research prospects deeply and find the angle that matters to them
- Move fast without sacrificing quality
- Know when to follow up and when to move on
