Huzzle is hiring a Cold Outreach Sales Specialist - B2B (SaaS)

About the Role

Huzzle is looking for a Cold Outreach Sales Specialist to drive lead generation for global B2B SaaS clients. You will join our talent pool for matched remote opportunities, executing targeted campaigns to book meetings and qualify leads.

What You'll Do

  • Execute cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, and Apollo.
  • Conduct cold calls to B2B decision-makers to book meetings or qualify leads.
  • Build and manage outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach based on ICPs and campaign goals.
  • Write persuasive, on-brand outreach copy that generates replies and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of experience in cold outreach or outbound sales.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling light objection management.
  • Experience running cold email campaigns and working with outreach platforms.
  • Strong written English and outreach copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of basic B2B marketing concepts (e.g., ICPs, funnels, personas).
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn).

Nice to Have

  • B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Ideal industry exposure in Tech, SaaS, Marketing, MarTech, or FinTech.
