Inetum is looking for a COBOL Analyst/Developer to integrate into the MVS Support team. You will work within the Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing domains, with a mission focused on application Run. Your work will be critical to ensuring operational maintenance, service continuity, stability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Guarantee the operational maintenance (MCO) of applications within the scope.
- Provide effective and structured Level 1 support.
- Contribute to deployment quality, securing the Run, and reducing technical debt.
- Strengthen traceability, documentation, and operational communication.
- Process and update incident tickets and business requests using Calitrack/Jira.
- Actively participate in Run morning meetings.
- Monitor and provide synthetic reporting on activity and progress.
- Continuously update application documentation.
- Perform corrective maintenance.
- Conduct unit tests and non-regression tests.
- Contribute to deployments in testing and production environments.
- Write and maintain test specifications (cahiers de recette).
- Address technical obsolescence in coordination with Infrastructure teams.
- Manage security vulnerabilities and develop patches.
- Optimize application processes and queries.
- Participate in cross-functional Run projects (RETEX, continuous improvement).
- Facilitate and participate in coordination meetings with MOA, project teams, and infrastructure teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience (Experienced) or 8-15 years (Senior).
- Mastery of PACBASE software.
- Confirmed experience in application support / Run / MCO.
- Good understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing environments.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (Jira / Calitrack).
- Ability to work at the interface between MOA / IT / Infrastructure.
- Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
