Noblis is hiring a PMW 160 Engineer

Join a mission-focused engineering team supporting the U.S. Navy’s Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), responsible for delivering secure, integrated communication systems used by naval, joint, and coalition forces. This role supports critical programs such as the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) and the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), ensuring reliable and resilient network infrastructure across operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support across disciplines including computer, software, systems, cybersecurity, electronics, mechanical, and design engineering
  • Contribute to data management, information security, and data science initiatives within secure network environments
  • Support program operations such as acquisition planning, master scheduling, project management, and operational analysis
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and sustain advanced naval communications platforms

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with strong follow-through. A U.S. citizenship is required, along with a current Secret or Top Secret (TS) clearance. Self-motivation and problem-solving skills are essential.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience with PMW 160 or the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR). An active TS/SCI clearance is advantageous.
