Phronora is looking for a Co-Founder / CTO to join as a foundational partner and architect our technology strategy from inception. You will define the technical direction, build the core product, and establish the engineering culture.

What You'll Do

Define and execute the overall technology vision and product roadmap
Design, architect, and build the initial product and platform from the ground up
Make critical technology stack and infrastructure decisions
Establish engineering best practices, processes, and a collaborative culture
Represent the company's technical vision to stakeholders, partners, and investors

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of building and scaling technology products from zero to one
Strong technical background in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage startups or founding roles
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and rapid prototyping
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
