Inrix is hiring a Customer Success Manager - Public Sector

About the Role

INRIX is hiring a Customer Success Manager - Public Sector to establish trusted partnerships with our North American public sector customers. You’ll be responsible for Net Revenue Retention and identifying expansion opportunities, ensuring high customer experience and engagement that leads to renewal and growth within an existing account base.

What You'll Do

  • Establish a deep understanding of customers’ business, use-cases, technical needs, and workflow to support their value realization.
  • Become an expert and advocate of INRIX products and solutions.
  • Work with the customer onboarding manager and support team to successfully onboard customers, set up accounts, conduct training, and provide user support.
  • Create success plans by defining customer goals and laying out an activation plan with key milestones.
  • Own account-based motions for your allocated portfolio to ensure regular customer touchpoints are scheduled.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the customer success plan is on track.
  • Create playbooks outlining best practices, including procedures, benchmarks, and scripts for the team.
  • Work with the Customer Engagement Manager to contribute to self-service content.
  • Work with Renewals Managers to ensure the renewal process and paperwork are executed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, standardized or customized presentations and demonstrations of INRIX products and services.
  • Seek opportunities for expansion through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by bringing customer and market feedback into the business.
  • Promote INRIX mobility solutions in appropriate forums to drive demand and interest.
  • Share responsibility for the development and execution of customer success and overall sales strategy, as directed by management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other company members to leverage product, process, and engineering expertise.
  • Maintain the highest possible personal standards and ethics.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Partnership Manager, or Account Management role.
  • Experience with software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Ability to adjust information and storytelling to align with your audience.
  • Skill in clearly articulating how INRIX solutions and services meet customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Some experience working with transportation, mobility, and/or safety departments within the US Public Sector markets (within an agency or consultant serving public sector agencies).
  • Graphics creation or graphic artist skills.
  • Spanish speaking.

You will report to the Director, Customer Success - North America Public Sector.
