FutureSight is on a mission to transform the multifamily property management industry. We are hiring a Co-Founder & CEO for our new AI property tech venture. You will be the founding leader, responsible for shaping the vision, building the team, and leading the launch of an AI leasing and workflow orchestrator into the $20B+ PropTech market.

What You'll Do

Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion.
Build the product by working with FutureSight’s embedded product/engineering pod to launch V1.
Raise capital by leading the seed round with our initial investment.
Build your team by hiring the founding team and setting the cultural foundation.
Achieve daily active engagement with the FutureSight team to launch the initial product, achieve initial market traction, and prepare for a seed fundraise.
Take full P&L ownership of the new entity.

What We're Looking For

Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning something from start to finish.
Previous founding experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
Risk appetite and capacity.
Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops).
Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities (Fundraising fluency).
Ability to attract top talent and act as a coach and culture carrier (People leadership).
Background in property management, real estate operations, or proptech solutions (Industry experience).
Full-time, exclusive dedication to building and owning the new SaaS venture.
