CMG Financial is hiring a Loan Processor to support a top-performing branch in Franklin, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files within a fast-paced mortgage environment.

What You'll Do

Process residential mortgage loans (Conventional, Purchase, FHA, VA, Refinance) consistent with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Obtain and review required loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting for approval.
Manage a pipeline of loans and maintain a timely and compliant flow through the process.
Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders, and agents.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating and cooperating with all internal and external customers.
Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met.
Obtain and verify that all underwriting conditions are cleared by the underwriter and prepare the file for submission to the Closing Department.
Keep abreast of changes in policies, procedures, standards, and regulations applicable to the company and the mortgage industry.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Able to handle a pipeline of 35+ loans and fund at least 20 loans per month.
4-5 years of loan processing experience.
Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment and open to Overtime when needed.
High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Nice to Have

Retail processing experience preferred.
Familiarity with Byte preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually plus bonus.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates within the Central Time Zone.
