Public Cloud Group is looking for a Cloud Engineer Modern Work / Microsoft 365 (m/w/d) to administer and operate our customers' Microsoft 365 environments. You will handle support requests, perform standard admin tasks, and support the transition of customer environments into operational managed service.

What You'll Do

• Handle first- and second-level support requests for the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
• Perform ticket dispatching: classification, prioritization, and forwarding of requests in the ticket system.
• Answer calls and provide initial assistance for technical problems.
• Perform standard admin tasks (e.g., user management, license assignment, group management, software distribution).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate and implement the transition of customer environments into operational managed service.
• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge database.
• Take over on-call duty in emergencies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT support for Microsoft products or in a comparable role.
• German language skills (at least B2/fluent) and English to fully support customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Relevant certifications in the Microsoft 365 area.
• Understanding of IT service and operations processes (e.g., ITIL basics advantageous).
• Structured and service-oriented way of working.

Nice to Have

• Experience with simple automations using PowerShell.
• Confident handling of Jira or comparable ticket and project management systems.

Team & Environment

You will join a team of 14 people focusing on Microsoft 365, working in 2 teams. You’ll work directly with the Head of Modern Work, Squad Leads, and colleagues, reporting to the Head of Modern Work.
