Kyndryl is looking for a Senior Associate, Infrastructure Specialist to serve as a MainFrame Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a vendor team and representing Kyndryl's technical expertise in customer engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of multiple vendor members.
- Represent Kyndryl's technical team in negotiations and adjustments with customers, such as Sony Life for SO and renewal projects.
- Provide technical support to customers.
