Axiom Software Solutions Limited is hiring an Output Management Architect to join a project for a utility domain client. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and automating document generation within the Inspire system to meet specific customer documentation requirements.
What You'll Do
- Configure writing templates in the Inspire system.
- Create and adapt document templates for generating standard and individual documents.
- Automate document creation processes.
- Integrate data sources and systems to enable automatic filling of templates and minimize manual entry.
- Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency.
- Conduct error analysis and troubleshooting within the document generation process.
- Monitor and analyze errors in document generation.
- Conceive and implement individual solutions and customizations in the Inspire system to meet specific customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Native proficiency in the German language.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing writing templates.
- Sound knowledge in the creation and customization of document templates within the Inspire system.
- Experience integrating data sources (e.g., databases, ERP systems) and their automatic transfer into document templates.
- Proven ability to identify and analyze errors in the document generation process.
- Experience working closely with specialist departments and customers to collect documentation requirements and implement them in the Inspire system.
- Hands-on experience using interfaces and APIs for data transfer and processing between different systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick perception and ability to work effectively within agile teams.
