Phiture is looking for a Cloud Architect - Productivity to act as a trusted advisor and expert on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You will guide customers through business challenges, solve complex technical issues, and create best practices content.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, solving complex issues related to email flows, migration, platform security, user management, data collaboration, device management, and systems integration.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapted to different stakeholder levels.
- Support the sales team as the technical expert on customer-facing calls.
- Communicate effectively via video conferencing for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a core-IT systems administrator managing users’ lifecycle, security, device management, and remote access.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Google Workspace applications and administration.
- In-depth hands-on experience with O365/Azure applications and administration.
- 2 years of providing customer support.
- Experience with several change management projects.
- Experience writing scripts and using command-line tools to work with the Google Workspace API and/or PowerShell tools for O365.
- Very good social skills with customers, eager to help with issues ranging from helpdesk to complicated security, SSO, and migration.
Nice to Have
- MS-Exchange on-premises experience.
- Experience with LDAP/MS Active Directory.
- Desire to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the company and the broader tech community.
