Rockwell Automation is hiring an Associate Devops Engineer

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to drive Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes for our industry-leading HMI offerings. You will work on the PanelView 5000 family and FT Optix devices, which help customers build modern applications and improve machine operator performance.

What You'll Do

• Support development teams in their daily usage of the build environment.
• Keep the existing infrastructure up to date and operable.
• Resolve issues related to the building infrastructure.
• Propose optimization and innovations for the existing environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge in Software Configuration Management.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Competency in one or more programming languages to create automation, with a preference for Python.
• Experience with modern Source Control Management like Git.
• Experience with the development and deployment of software automated tests or frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment tools and methodologies like Terraform.
• Experience with automated build systems.
• Experience with configuration management solutions like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with implementation and use of different application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
