About the Role
As a Closer, you will transform potential leads into enduring customers through strategic communication, compelling persuasion techniques, and comprehensive understanding of our service offerings. Your primary focus will involve engaging prospective clients during critical sales process stages, addressing their specific concerns and demonstrating how our solutions precisely match their business requirements.
This is a remote, full-time position synchronized with 9:00am to 6:00pm EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and conduct final sales conversations with prospective clients
- Comprehend client objectives and customize presentations to effectively overcome potential objections
- Execute contract negotiations and sales closures while maintaining positive client relationships
- Document comprehensive records of sales interactions and client communications in our CRM platform
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine future outreach methodologies
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives and performance benchmarks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales closing experience, ideally within e-commerce or digital marketing domains
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Advanced negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficient understanding of CRM technologies and contemporary sales strategies
- Inherently self-motivated, results-driven, and professionally disciplined
- Capable of managing time effectively in remote work environments
