Responsibilities
- Administer high-value client accounts with precision and confidentiality
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations in client documentation
- Coordinate legal filings and manage deadlines for client-related matters
- Support attorneys and compliance officers with case preparation and records
- Review client onboarding packages for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure data integrity across multiple internal systems
- Respond to client inquiries related to legal and compliance processes
- Prepare reports for internal audits and regulatory reviews
- Manage document retention schedules in accordance with policy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
- Track case statuses and update stakeholders regularly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Assist in the development of process improvements for client services
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting client operations
- Facilitate communication between legal teams and client-facing units
- Organize and archive legal correspondence and agreements
- Verify client identities and documentation for compliance
- Support special projects related to legal operations
- Ensure adherence to internal control standards
- Participate in training sessions for compliance protocols
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff appropriately
- Maintain accurate logs of client interactions
- Prepare client-related materials for board or committee review
- Coordinate with external counsel when necessary
