Wilmington Trust N.A. is looking for a CLO Client Administrator IV to join our Loan Market Solutions Division. In this role, you will be part of the CLO & Loan Administration team, providing trustee and custodian services to sophisticated loan asset managers. You will track and maintain daily activity, including payment collection and investor waterfall distributions, while monitoring and reporting on portfolio compliance.

What You'll Do

Support the Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships.
Perform daily cash application and position reconciliation.
Perform daily and monthly tie-outs of underlying loan characteristics.
Liaise with auditors, underwriters, CLO managers, private debt managers, and other involved parties.
Assist with global asset set up and maintenance.
Perform trade and wire processing for daily trading activity.
Strategize, recommend, and implement innovative ideas for improved daily workflows.
Gain exposure across the entire lifecycle of servicing loan clients including account setup, KYC procedures, global asset setup & maintenance, notice processing, warehouse reporting, CLO / Compliance Reporting & waterfall payments.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience with direct client contact, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years’ relevant work experience with direct client contact.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong balance of qualitative and quantitative skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, as well as contribute on an individual basis.
Familiarity with various loan products – Bi-Lateral ABL Facilities, SMAs, Private Funds, MM & BSL CLOs, Business Development Companies.
Professional work experience at a CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, Middle Office Provider or CLO Manager.
System / Application experience - Clearpar, Solvas/CDO Suite, SEI, Wall Street Office, LoanIQ.

Compensation range: $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 Annual (USD)
