This role involves consistent user engagement, comprehensive onboarding, training implementation, workflow integration support, and proactive challenge resolution. The position serves as an internal clinician advocate, utilizing data-driven insights and direct feedback to guide product enhancements, educational content, and success strategies. This represents an early-stage opportunity with substantial ownership, visibility, and long-term advancement potential.
