What You'll Do
Conduct remote patient assessments using standardized rating scales, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Review and evaluate completed scales to maintain consistency and reliability across trial sites. Provide real-time feedback on scoring methods and assessment techniques to support rater accuracy.
Perform functional evaluations of rater performance, including simulated interviews, to uphold methodological standards. Participate in training, calibration, and orientation sessions to align assessment practices. Prepare for and lead discussions on case data, addressing challenges related to scale interpretation and administration.
Support the timely distribution of project materials and communications. Meet scheduled deadlines for rater interactions and task completion. Ensure all documentation and required deliverables are submitted promptly and accurately.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or a related field
- MD, DO, or PhD is a plus
- At least three years of experience administering psychiatric assessments and structured clinical interviews
- Proven experience with EQ-5D-5L rating scale
- Minimum of three years working directly with individuals in psychiatric populations
- Three or more years applying rating scales in clinical research settings (outside of academic training)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting assessments in central nervous system (CNS) clinical trials is advantageous.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring an estimated 2–5 hours per week. Work is conducted virtually with flexible scheduling around assigned tasks and assessments.
Technical Environment
The role operates on standard Windows-based systems using Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and data review.
