About the Role As a Clinical Specialist, you will execute a crucial function in maintaining the precision and uniformity of clinical trial evaluations. Your duties encompass examining rating scales, assessing evaluation quality, and delivering immediate feedback to raters. You will additionally engage in training and calibration sessions, execute mock interviews, and support communication initiatives to preserve data integrity. Key Responsibilities - Engage in orientation, training, and calibration activities. - Analyze case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions. - Facilitate scheduled rater interactions and offer guidance on scoring methodologies. - Complete designated tasks and submit documentation precisely and punctually. Qualifications & Experience - Education: Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred. - Experience: - 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews (including SCID-5-CT, PANSS, CGI-S, C-SSRS). - 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations. - 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral work). - CNS trial experience is a plus. - Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities for professional interactions. - Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management. - Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Language Requirement Current openings require fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish.
