About the Role

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to join our clinical operations team. In this role, you will provide essential project system, tracking, and administrative support to study teams throughout all phases of clinical trials. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to advance our mission of transforming patients' lives through science.

What You'll Do

  • Provide project system, tracking and administrative support to study execution teams for all clinical studies from start-up, conduct to close-out.
  • Maintain and manage the study Trial Master File (TMF) in compliance with ICH-GCP and company SOPs.
  • Maintain study team SharePoint sites, study trackers and other databases, including data entry and filing of electronic documents.
  • Track and manage study and site essential documents.
  • Support vendor and site contract tracking and maintain contracts in applicable systems.
  • Support organization and management of study execution team meetings, including coordination, agenda preparation and minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
  • Participate in internal audits and inspection readiness activities.
  • Participate in teleconference calls and meetings as requested.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1-2 years clinical trial experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a study team and report to the Head of Clinical Operations.
