Surgery Partners is looking for a Clinical Support Analyst II to configure and manage the ASC and Clinical applications used by our entities. This hybrid role combines system support and business system analysis, covering applications ranging from EMR/EHR and Practice Management to Supply Management and Provider Credentialing.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve them within application configuration or work with the application developer to fix them.
- Configure the system to support application and business workflow to meet business and operational needs.
- Resolve tickets and keep the IT ticket tracking application updated.
- Evaluate, modify, and build templates within the business application.
- Work with end users to understand their business requirements for the system application in order to optimize its use.
- Work with remote users on multiple sites.
- Collaborate with vendors of the applications we support.
- Test and deploy application configurations and solutions from development to production environments.
- Create and maintain business requirements, technical documentation, test plans, and deployment plans.
- Assist users in the design and modification of reports to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting an EHR or EMR system.
- 1+ year of business analysis experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems preferably focused on application development/support or health data.
- Clinical informatics, RN, or equivalent clinical experience in ambulatory, hospital, or physician practices.
- Work experience in an IT ticket system to track application issues.
- Ambulatory applications competencies on platforms like HST, Nextech, NextGen Ambulatory, AthenaHealth, AdvantX, AllScripts, eClinicalWorks, or Meditech Ambulatory.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Director of IT Ambulatory Applications or the Director of IT Clinics and Practices.
