Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Prior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring staff
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the local service area

- No evenings, weekends, or on-call
- No billable hours requirements
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8–5)
- Focus on coaching and clinical quality, not productivity metrics
- Adult-focused services in structured day program settings
- This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs
- You will be working directly with teams and individuals in a hands-on environment
- The role involves supporting programs that require structure, consistency, and strong staff guidance
