Intuitive is looking for a Clinical Sales Manager to serve as a senior clinical sales representative responsible for driving the utilization of our da Vinci Surgical Systems. You will develop local sales strategies and ensure the successful integration and support of robotic programs at customer sites.
What You'll Do
- Develop a local sales plan in collaboration with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Director.
- Direct the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System by managing clinical and system support for OR case procedures.
- Manage the hiring, training, and development of your team.
- Provide strategic direction at symposiums, exhibitions, and market development events.
- Integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to secure ongoing commitment.
- Conduct system training for surgeons and hospital staff, including in-service and on-site sessions.
- Provide mentorship and onboarding support to new hires.
- Manage responsibility for key accounts.
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, billing, invoice delivery, and reconciliation with the Accounting team.
- Deliver instruments and partner with the capital team to resolve customer issues related to contracts and services.
