Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is hiring a Clinical Review Specialist to support quality improvement activities that enhance patient care. In this role, you will work directly with Medical Staff Services, applying your clinical expertise to review and improve provider quality across the health system, with a focus on the Southern Illinois market.
What You'll Do
- Provide quality improvement activities that support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Serve the medical staffs of all Illinois hospitals, with a focus on the Southern Illinois market.
- Navigate the EMR to summarize and present information to physician partners.
- Review and improve the quality of providers using your clinical knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of clinical experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Quality/Process Improvement, Peer Review, or Quality Assurance.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
