Responsibilities
- Work directly with Medical Staff Services to provide quality improvement activities
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Focus on the Southern IL market, while serving all of the IL hospitals' medical staffs
- Navigate EMR systems
- Summarize and present information to physician partners
- Review and improve the quality of providers at HSHS
Requirements
- Clinical expertise
- Chart review experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to navigate EMR
- 2 Year(s) of clinical experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Quality/Process Improvement experience
- Peer Review experience
- Quality Assurance experience
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Additional Information
- Schedule: Full time, 40hrs/wk, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
- HSHS requires COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues
