About the Role

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Clinical Research Associate I/II to join our team in Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and owning the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. You’ll work within our integrated, scientifically-driven environment that has a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at assigned investigative sites.
  • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study, including identifying investigators, helping prepare regulatory submissions, and conducting site visits.

What We're Looking For

  • A life science degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1 year or more as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or equivalent demonstrated competencies.
  • Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research.
  • Direct experience managing oncology studies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Evidence of a client-focused approach to your work.
  • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with study start-up activities.

Work Mode

This position operates in a local-country work mode, based in either Belgium or the Netherlands.
