Deliver individual coaching, counselling, or therapy sessions via telehealth or in person to support employee wellbeing, stress management, and resilience. You may also provide Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) interventions when needed, either virtually or on location. Participation in webinars or in-person seminars is optional. Work collaboratively with a clinical team to enhance existing EAP offerings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs
- Respond to critical incident events with timely psychological support
- Engage in professional discussions to refine program effectiveness
- Support clients across various organizational levels, including leadership
Requirements
Applicants must meet qualifications based on their professional designation. Counsellors require a Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work, along with active registration through ACA, PACFA, or AASW, and 1–3 years of supervised practice. Clinical Psychologists must hold a Master’s from an APAC-accredited program, general registration with AHPRA, and ideally be pursuing or hold Clinical Psychology endorsement, plus 1–3 years of supervised clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging with First Nations and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
- Background in workplace mental health, EAP services, or leadership coaching
- Additional language skills
- Flexibility for occasional in-person sessions
- Willingness to complete Police Check or Working With Children Check if required
- Eligibility or readiness to obtain a Medicare provider number, if engagement type requires it
