Intellect Care is seeking a Clinical Provider to provide telehealth mental health support and coaching to clients on our platform from Melbourne, Australia. You will deliver scheduled 60-minute video sessions focused on individual client needs and goals, working collaboratively with an internal clinical team to improve the program and platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
- At least 300 clinical hours post masters degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and your local language.
- Has experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
- Open to working onsite if necessary.
