ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Outreach Manager to drive community partnerships and increase referrals to our mental health and substance use treatment programs. This hybrid role will represent our brand at events, achieve sales goals, and support community education in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding state.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain community partnerships with hospitals, group practices, schools, and other referral resources.
- Support brand awareness and education in the community, representing the company at various events.
- Achieve sales goals and increase referrals to our programs and services.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B or similar sales role.
- At least 3 years of experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use field in an outreach or business development role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Compensation: $93,000 - $100,000 Annual Base Salary.
